Performance:
The maximum design capacity of the structures is 95,000 m3/day.
The average actual productivity of structures is 25,000 m3/day.
The treatment facilities (OS) include: receiving chamber; sand traps with circular water movement (8 pcs.); radial (primary) settling tanks with a diameter of 30 m (4 pcs.) with the building of a pumping station for pumping raw sludge; equalizing pond; building filter station.
Modernization of sand traps consisted of replacing the sand removal system hydraulic elevators for the system of hydraulic washing and sand pulp pumping pumps. In sand traps and radial settling tanks, the main parts suspended solids and retention of a film of oil products that have surfaced. Sediment after sand traps and radial settling tanks is sent to a nearby ash accumulator.
